Janna Thomas is an independent clinical counselor licensed in Nebraska (LIMHP, LADC) and Iowa (LMHC). She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in 2015 and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Creighton University in 2011. With over a decade of experience in the human services field, Janna has had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges. Before starting her own private practice, she worked at Heartland Family Service for 6.5 years, where she provided therapy to clients with long histories of homelessness, significant trauma, depression, self-medicating behaviors, and various other mental health concerns. This experience deeply shaped her approach to therapy and further fueled her passion for helping others heal from their struggles.
