A message from Janna:
“I have a strong belief that everyone has the capacity to improve their lives and reach their goals. Sometimes, there are just some things that get in the way of doing that. Whether it’s trauma, depression, anxiety, or other issues getting in the way of living the life you want, I’m here to help you through it. I offer a safe place for you explore what is keeping you stuck and find a way to work through it.
As your therapist, I will be your partner as you work through these things that are keeping you stuck. I will be your cheerleader and motivator while also challenging you to keep doing better and making improvements.
I have extensive experience in working with individuals with traumatic histories and/or addiction, but I am open to working with individuals through all walks of life. I am trained in EMDR and working on becoming a certified EMDR therapist. I also have training in DBT. I tend to take a person-centered approach and adjust sessions to your individual needs.”
