I am dedicated to helping you navigate life with a holistic approach, which involves examining your entire life context to identify and transform unwanted thoughts and behaviors while addressing the underlying emotions driving them. My passion lies in equipping you with the skills and tools necessary to achieve the changes you desire.
I incorporate the 8 Dimensions of Wellness into the therapeutic process to ensure a comprehensive approach to your well-being. These dimensions include emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual wellness.
I work with individuals aged 12 and up, addressing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, dysfunctional or problematic family dynamics, and relationship issues.
With over 15 years of experience in the human services field, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
