“The change in our lives begins with a change in our minds.”
Taking the time to address mental health concerns can be an overwhelming experience. Let me walk through each step with you as you address your needs in the counseling environment.
I graduated with my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MSCMHC) and received my bachelor's degree in psychology from Bellevue University. I currently hold my provisional mental health practitioner license (PLMHP) and am a certified national counselor (NCC).
I am a therapist who enjoys working with a variety of individuals in gaining self-awareness and making lasting change. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults of all religions, ethnicities, and backgrounds.
I work with and support members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have experience working with college students and athletes experiencing performance and mental health concerns. I have a passion for supporting young adults through life’s transitions. Whether you are facing anxiety, adjustment concerns, relationship concerns, or other challenges, I am here to help and support you through it.
My approach, although flexible, is supported by solution focused and cognitive behavioral techniques. My person-centered and collaborative approach emphasizes growth and personal development, ensuring that each session is tailored to your unique needs.
I offer convenient telehealth sessions, making it easier than ever to access the support you need from the comfort of your home. Let me help you navigate this journey and achieve your full potential.
