“The change in our lives begins with a change in our minds.”
Taking the time to address mental health concerns can be an overwhelming experience. Let me walk through each step with you as you address your needs in the counseling environment.
I work with teens and adults aged 13-40 from all cultural backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community. My passion lies in supporting young adults as they navigate life's challenges. I address a range of issues, including anxiety, adjustment concerns, relationship issues, and depression. My experience with college students and athletes allows me to address unique pressures they face, such as academic stress and performance anxiety
My goal is to create a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their needs, helping them develop coping strategies and achieve their personal goals.
My approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy models. I empower clients to challenge negative thoughts, set achievable goals, and explore their true selves. Together, we create a supportive space for personal growth, helping you navigate life's challenges.
I graduated with my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MSCMHC) and received my bachelor's degree in psychology from Bellevue University. I currently hold my provisional mental health practitioner license (PLMHP) and am a certified national counselor (NCC).
I understand that life can be overwhelming, and it's okay to seek support. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship challenges, depression, or other concerns, I'm here for you. I offer convenient telehealth sessions, making it easier than ever to access the support you need from the comfort of your home.
Together, we can explore your feelings and work towards your goals in a safe and welcoming environment. Don't hesitate to reach out.
