Life can feel exhausting when anxiety, OCD, trauma, addiction, or overwhelming emotions keep getting in the way. You may feel stuck in the same patterns, no matter how hard you try to move forward. The good news is that change is possible.
Caitlin works with teens (12+) and adults who are ready to take back control of their lives. She believes therapy should do more than just help you get through the week—it should help you create real, lasting change.
Clients appreciate Caitlin's honest, down-to-earth style. She is compassionate, supportive, and actively involved in the therapy process. She will help you face challenges, learn new skills, and make meaningful progress toward your goals. She also believes healing doesn't have to be serious all the time, and she brings warmth and humor into sessions.
Caitlin uses proven, evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) for trauma, Motivational Interviewing, and SMART Recovery principles. She works with people struggling with OCD, anxiety, trauma, addiction, emotion regulation difficulties, eating disorders, sleep concerns, and life transitions.
Every treatment plan is personalized because no two people are the same. Together, you will work to understand what is keeping you stuck, build practical tools that work in real life, and create lasting change.
You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you're tired of feeling stuck and ready to take the first step toward a better future, Caitlin is here to help.
