Maddy is a mental health therapist who provides specialized services for a diverse clientele:
~"Everyone’s individual story is so unique. With that uniqueness there is so much
importance in each story, and everyone matters in this life, that includes you! Your
story is important, this includes your past, present and future self. I want to come
alongside you, process the past and present with you, and help you achieve the life
that you most desire. You deserve the time of therapy, the process of taking time to
focus on yourself and the time to concentrate on your mental health. It is such an
amazing process, that I truly believe everyone can benefit from. I hope that I get the
honor of getting to know you!"~
Maddy has found that placing value in her own mental health helped her to become who she is today. She strives to continuously devote time to learning, growing, and challenging herself to be her own best version. She graduated with her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Arizona State University and received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Iowa State University. She recently moved back to Nebraska from New York City a newly married woman ready to help you take on whatever challenges preclude you from your goals.
She enjoys working with people of all ages, religions, ethnicities, and backgrounds; and has professional training in utilizing a variety of evidence-based theories, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Family Functional Therapy, and Substance Abuse Therapy. She engages clients by identifying their strengths, and then using those attributes through individualized treatment planning to build a foundation of lasting and meaningful change.
Maddy provides a hybrid of in-person and telehealth therapy based on client need and preference. She currently is accepting cash pay clients at Hope Collaborative, and is in the process of opening up this practice to Nebraska Medicaid (NTC, UHC, and HealthyBlue) and BlueCross BlueShield of Nebraska. We will keep you posted!
