A letter to you…
“I can be changed by what happens to me. But I refuse to be reduced by it.”
Throughout life we often have limited control over what we’re confronted with. Adapting our responses to the challenges we face can strengthen who we are as individuals and contribute to a positive emotional state. Collaborative care along with compassionate confrontation can lead to overcoming adversity or discovering a new beginning.
Within my practice I operate under an integrative approach to counseling utilizing a variety of techniques including the examination of core beliefs, and maladaptive thoughts which could be contributing to unhealthy emotions, behaviors or consequential outcomes. Importantly, I structure and focus my sessions on your individual needs and goals. I believe in collaboration, intentional listening, and explorative conversation to uncover the clarity needed to navigate personal challenges.
I am currently accepting clients and would love to speak further and uncover if we’d be a good match! Congratulations on exploring counseling services; it’s a rewarding journey.
